What you can expect to learn:
You'll receive all the knowledge and hands-on experience you need to build your own dome home. And if you have the initiative, you will be prepared upon graduation to offer your building skills as a certified Domegaia alumni.
Be among the first to use Domegaia's new Magic Dragon - an Aircrete mixer/pump that produces high-quality Aircrete at a rate of 20 gallons per minute with ease. In addition to teaching Domegaia's tried and true building system, we’ll share our latest innovations to create more efficient building techniques using inflatable air-forms, prefab flip-up walls, fabric formed panels and more. Aircrete is a versatile building material with outstanding qualities. Learn to use it to build a high-quality home that is fireproof, termite proof, rot proof, insulated, eco-friendly and durable against the forces of earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, fires etc. During this workshop, there will be formal training 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Exclusive to Hawaiian locals: 1-day AirCrete Basics trainings will be offered to State of Hawaii residents during weekdays. Email Heather at workshops@domegaia.com for information and instructions on how to register! Learn Domegaia's unique building system.
